About National Women in Roofing (NWIR)
NWIR is a national, volunteer-based organization dedicated to supporting women in all roles within the roofing industry. Through mentoring, networking, education, and recruitment, NWIR helps women advance their careers and build meaningful professional relationships.

We invite all women in roofing—regardless of your position or experience—to join us for a Lunch & Brainstorm session:

This event is your opportunity to help shape the vision and future of the NWIR Grand Rapids Council. Whether you’re interested in a board position or simply want to connect and share your ideas, your voice and presence are valued.

- Discuss the vision for our local Grand Rapids Council
- Share event and outreach ideas
- Explore open board roles: Membership Chair, Sponsorship Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Communications Chair, and General Board Member
